The PEI Gambling Support Unit (GSU) is now delivering school presentations on youth gaming and gambling to help students, parents, and educators understand the risks of excessive play.
These interactive sessions explore gaming habits and the connection between gaming and gambling behaviors. The presentations also provide practical strategies for maintaining a healthy balance and recognizing signs of problematic gaming.
This initiative aligns with the GSU’s commitment to education, harm prevention, and supporting youth in making informed decisions. By bringing these discussions into schools, the GSU aims to foster awareness and promote healthier gaming behaviors among Island youth.
