  • Mental Health and Addictions Open Access Counselling:  Get mental health and addiction support when you need it.  Open Access Counselling is being implemented in all Community MH&A sites across the province. It provides an evidence-based approach that promotes timely access to mental health and addictions support by inviting people to engage in counselling on their terms.
  • Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to assist themselves and other members of the group to recover from gambling. Both in-person and online options exist.

  • Gam-Anon is a free 12 step self-help organization for those affected by the gambling problem of a loved one.
  • Bridge the Gapp - Offers online resources for adults and youth. The website links to the PEI Bridge the Gapp program when you log on from PEI.
  • Family Service PEI is a non-government not for profit charitable organization, committed to offering services to all Islanders regardless of their ability to pay. They offer high quality evidence based therapeutic counselling to individuals, couples, families and groups.
